Find answers to common questions about our care model, getting started, and what to expect.
Once your inquiry is received, a member of the VYTL team will review your information and reach out to learn more about your goals and how we may be able to help. We’ll answer any questions you have, provide the information you need, and guide you through the next steps to getting started with VYTL.
VYTL currently provides care to patients who reside in the state of Connecticut. If you live outside of Connecticut, we’re unfortunately unable to provide medical treatment at this time.
Your first appointment is an opportunity to discuss your health history, goals, concerns, and what you’re hoping to achieve. Your provider will take the time to understand your individual needs and determine which services or treatment options may be appropriate for you.
VYTL is a private-pay medical clinic and does not bill insurance for our services. However, insurance may be used for eligible laboratory testing ordered as part of your care. Our team can help you understand what to expect and provide guidance on the lab process.
Depending on the service you’re interested in, laboratory testing may be recommended or required before treatment. Your provider will determine which labs are appropriate based on your health history, goals, and treatment plan.
Every VYTL treatment begins with an individualized medical evaluation. Your provider will determine whether a particular treatment is appropriate based on factors such as your health history, goals, medications, and laboratory results.
